Our area maps

Four corners of the coast, mapped.

Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero are the team's home territory. Each has its own rhythm, price point, and reason buyers fall for it.

Our home base

Naples

Walkable Old Naples and Fifth Avenue South, the pier, boutique shopping, and beach neighborhoods from Park Shore to Pelican Bay. This is where most relocating buyers start.

The island life

Marco Island

Eleven miles of Gulf beaches, Tigertail Lagoon, and a slower, saltier pace. Beachfront condos at Cape Marco and waterfront estates near Caxambas Pass.

The river towns

Bonita Springs

Gated golf communities like Bonita Bay and Pelican Sound, plus the sand-and-pines of the Estero River. Minutes north of Naples, often with more home for the price.

Golf and lakes

Estero

Lakefront living at Miramar Lakes, family neighborhoods, and Florida Gulf Coast University. A growing corner of the coast with a young, active feel.

A note on the numbers

Drive times are normal-traffic estimates from central Naples and can stretch in winter tourist season or with construction. Everglades National Park depends on the entrance: the western access points off the Tamiami Trail are closest to Naples, while the main Ernest Coe visitor center near Homestead runs closer to 3 hours.
