We are real estate agents and mortgage loan originators based in Naples, Florida. Becky owns Green Crown Real Estate, and together we originate loans through Above and Beyond Mortgage, so the person who finds your home and the person who funds it are on the same team.

Our story
Two companies, one welcome mat.
Becky built Green Crown Real Estate around a simple belief: moving to Southwest Florida should feel like a welcome, not a gauntlet. The team grew from there, and one question kept coming up from buyers: "Who should we call about the loan?" That question is how Above and Beyond Mortgage came to sit beside Green Crown.
Now the two companies work as one operation. Home searches, offers, pre-approvals, loan files, and closings move through the same team, so nothing gets lost in the space between the realtor and the lender. For out-of-state buyers especially, that built-in coordination saves weeks of confusion.
We still answer our own messages, we still walk houses in the heat, and we still explain every line of the estimate until it clicks. That is the part of the job neither of us ever wants to hand off.
