Naples proper: the classic choice
Walkable Old Naples and Fifth Avenue South, the pier, boutique shopping, and beach neighborhoods from Park Shore to Pelican Bay. Newer conveniences and bigger lots sit farther north, in the Vanderbilt and Naples Park areas.
This is where most relocating buyers start, and it is easy to see why: the downtown, the beach, and the restaurants are all in the same few square miles.
Marco Island: the island life
Eleven miles of Gulf beaches, Tigertail Lagoon, and a slower, saltier pace. The island offers beachfront condos at Cape Marco, family neighborhoods around Hideaway Beach, and waterfront estates near Caxambas Pass.
If the water is the point of the move, this is the point.
Bonita Springs and Estero: the river towns
Gated golf communities, lakefront living, and the sand-and-pines of the Estero River. Minutes north of Naples, often with more home for the price, and close to Florida Gulf Coast University.
Fort Myers and Cape Coral: room to spread out
Farther up the coast, Fort Myers and Cape Coral add canals, family neighborhoods, and a different price point to the mix. We cover all of it, so the shortlist is built around your life, not around one city.
How to choose from out of state
Start with video tours and honest neighborhood notes. We check the commute, the noise, and the parking at different times of day, and we say so when a neighborhood is wrong for you.
That local honesty is the whole point of working with a team that actually lives here, and it is why most of our buyers land in the right spot on the first try.
